Keith has been involved in real estate since 1992 and joined NAI Maestas & Ward in 2005 as a leasing and sales specialist for land, which focuses on mixed-use properties. This allows him to work in disciplines including industrial, retail, assisted living, multifamily and more. He has also owned investment properties in three states which gave him the opportunity to develop the ability to identify, evaluate and grow investment real estate assets, skills that continue to add quality and value to his client relationships.

Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Keith managed radio stations and was involved in video/film production and a DVD development business. He won numerous creative ADDY and Telly awards including Gold Medals in the International Film Festivals of New York and Houston. Using his expertise in marketing and promotion along with his comprehensive understanding of asset management and customer service, Keith has successfully completed some of the largest and complex transactions in New Mexico. He has brokered all facets of real estate including industrial, multifamily, office, retail and development land. The Home Depot, Chik fil A, Applebee's, Sonic, Discount Tire, IHOP, Valero, and O’Reilly Auto Parts are among his many clients.
